Terms and conditions

    1. Perfect Picture Portrait vouchers are valid for use until the date shown on each individual voucher, excluding Christmas, New Year, Easter, Bank Holiday periods and special event days.
    2. The voucher entitles the holder to one free studio session and an 8" x 6" colour family portrait in a simple presentation folder, to be taken at a participating studio. The offer excludes a frame. Any exclusions or restrictions to the offer are clearly specified in the studio listing.  
    3. All photographic sessions are subject to availability and must be booked at least 14 days in advance.
    4. One voucher may be used per visit.
    5. The voucher holder may be asked to pay a small deposit to secure their booking, for which they will be fully reimbursed on arrival at the time booked. This is to cover studio set-up costs and is normal practice. The voucher holder will not be entitled to a refund should they fail to attend.
    6. The voucher holder is responsible for booking a portrait session direct with a studio or photographer. The promotion or voucher name must be mentioned when booking and the voucher must be taken to the studio and presented to the photographer on the day. The voucher holder is responsible for any expenses associated with travel to and from a photographic studio.
    7. A different portrait to that being offered (e.g. larger size, framed, black and white print) may be selected, provided the studio or photographer is reimbursed with any difference in price between the selected portrait and the standard 8" x 6" portrait offered. There will be no reimbursement should a portrait of lesser value be chosen. Additional prints can also be ordered at the expense of the voucher holder.
    8. Vouchers cannot be used in conjunction with any other voucher or promotion.
    9. The terms and conditions of individual studios and photographers apply.
    10. MKM cannot accept responsibility for any loss or injury suffered during a photographic session, as far as permitted by law.
    11. Each studio has confirmed its willingness to honour the Perfect Picture Portrait offer. MKM cannot accept responsibility should any studio or photographer decline to accept a session booking for any reason, nor should any studio or photographer cease to trade. Any dispute must be settled direct with the studio or photographer concerned.
    12. MKM cannot be held responsible for the suitability or otherwise of participating studios and photographers.
    13. Vouchers cannot be exchanged for cash or used in any other way than that described.
    14. Vouchers may be used once only and only original vouchers will be accepted.
